Drought Ravages Horn of Africa

It is being called the worst drought in sixty years. Over twelve million people are affected. With little or no rain in two years, regions of Somalia, Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, and Ethiopia are under severe drought conditions. Portions of Somalia, especially in the south have been officially declared famine zones, by the United Nations.[+video]
